Who we are

CassellsKnight LLC is a California limited liability company at 26787 Agoura Rd Ste E8 #4114, Calabasas, CA 91302. We are the parent company of industry-specific growth brands and provide managed advertising and digital marketing services to businesses. For the purposes of this policy, "we" and "us" mean CassellsKnight LLC.

Information you give us

When you email us, request a quote or become a client, you give us information such as your name, business name, email address, mailing address, website, phone number and details about your marketing goals. Clients also give us access to accounts needed to do the work, such as Google Ads, Meta Business, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, website hosting or email platforms. We use this information to answer you, scope and deliver the services, bill you and keep in touch about your account.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use advertising cookies. If we use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand traffic to cassellsknight.com, it collects aggregate data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type and approximate region. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time of request, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Data we handle for clients

In the course of running campaigns, we handle data inside our clients' advertising and analytics accounts, including call tracking records, form submissions and conversion data about our clients' customers. That data belongs to the client. We use it only to deliver and report on the services the client has engaged us for, and we handle it under the client's own privacy policy and the terms of the platforms involved (such as Google and Meta). Ad accounts remain the property of the client.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting, payment processing (for example Stripe) and project tools, under terms that limit their use of the data to providing those services.
• With advertising and analytics platforms as needed to set up and run a client's campaigns, at the client's direction.
• When required by law, to protect our rights or to respond to a lawful request.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. Stripe's handling of your payment data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

Retention and security

We keep client and contact information for as long as we have a business relationship and for as long afterward as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To make a request, email hello@cassellsknight.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be sent to active clients by email. See also our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
